Ivy International Group (IIG) is looking for a Residential Advisor to live with and supervise a group of Chinese students studying at a local high school. If you are a mature, out-going person who loves spending time with students and interacting with different cultures, then you will love this job. In addition to a salary, Residential Advisor receives room and board throughout the school year in the same dorm where the students are housed. NOTICE: THIS JOB NEED TO RELOCATE TO POTOMAC, MD. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): 1. Provide responsible adult supervision for the students; 2. Provide breakfast and dinner- Manage dorm daily operation; 3. Provide driving support; 4. Organize activities and outings. Skills/Qualifications: 1. With min 5 years education experience (could be direct experience with your own children or professional experience), experience with teenage children is highly preferred; 2. Min college/associate degree (international degree is recognized); 3. Mature, outgoing adult with outstanding moral character; 4. Highly organized, professional, efficient, resourceful and works well under pressure; 5. Interest in working with high school age students; 6. Empathy and understanding for international students; 7. Ability to speak Chinese or experience working in China is a plus. Interested candidates should submit your resume to .
